The following terms and conditions govern the use of our Shopify online store and all associated content, features, products, and offers (hereinafter "our services"). By using our website or ordering products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Contracts via our online shop are concluded in German. By submitting your order by clicking the "Buy now" button and having previously accepted these terms and conditions, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation via email.

2. PRICES, DELIVERY, DUTIES AND FEES
All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Billing will be in this currency unless otherwise specified. Any customs duties, import fees, or VAT in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. A currency converter is available in the shop; however, we assume no liability for exchange rates.
Depending on the product, delivery is handled either directly by our shipping partners abroad or from our warehouse in Switzerland. Delivery times may therefore vary.
Customs duties, taxes and import charges in the destination country are to be borne by the customer.

3. PAYMENT
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal as payment methods. Payment is processed via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment is always required in advance. Any fees charged by external payment providers are the responsibility of the customer.

4. CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE
We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods. Returns must be registered with us in advance via email. The goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all tags. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the cost of resending the item.

5. WARRANTY
Swiss warranty law applies. You are obligated to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported in writing; otherwise, the goods are considered accepted. In the event of defects, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.

6. LIABILITY
MAAVO Living is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of its products. Customers are responsible for checking for any incompatibilities with materials (e.g., metal, silicone) beforehand. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for slight or ordinary negligence, as well as for our agents.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
MAAVO Living is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, government measures, etc.).

8. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, additionally, the GDPR. Data is only shared with third parties if this is necessary for contract fulfillment or required by law. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy .

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, and text on our website are owned by or licensed to MAAVO Living. Any use without written permission is prohibited.

10. PROHIBITION OF USE
Our services must not be misused or used unlawfully. Violations may result in your access being blocked or legal action being taken.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time and will be published on our website.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
