What material are the fittings made of?
Our products are made from durable materials such as brass or stainless steel and are available in various finishes.
How do I properly care for the fittings?
A soft, dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient for cleaning. Please do not use harsh cleaning agents to protect the surface.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Switzerland and the countries of the European Union. Deliveries to other countries are possible upon request.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time (Switzerland): usually 8–15 working days
EU/International: 10–20 working days
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. If you haven't received anything after 30 days, please contact us.
Can I return the items?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping is at your own expense to our company's location.
